HIT+RUN Production Pack

We aim to provide your guests with a memorable one-of-a-kind art experience.
While each HIT+RUN event is unique, we like to share the following information with each client, in order to help better understand what is needed in advance as well as what occurs during each event.
Please read through the information, and then fill out the mandatory information, pressing SUBMIT at the end to return the completed form to us.
1. ART
Beforehand, HIT+RUN creates six unique silkscreens based on the event theme. The client can provide final art or work alongside the H+R design team to come up with the perfect combination of imagery (at no extra cost).
If H+R is assisting in creating the artwork, we will need suggestions on what you are looking for in terms of designs. When the art is to be supplied by the client, our art delivery requirements are as follows:
- Hi-Resolution (300dpi) Photoshop file (jpeg / tiff) or Vector format (pdf / ai / eps)
- Black & White (in grayscale or bitmap half-tone)
- Sized “to final desired scale” (maximum sizing is 12” x 12”)
2. INKS
The client can choose the ink colors that are assigned to each of the six designs as well. Once each ink color is confirmed, the design will be screenprinted in only that color throughout the event and cannot be changed.
This form lists the various ink color options that HIT+RUN provides.
We can do our best job to match special PMS colors and other supplied color data.
3. GARMENTS
At the event, guests may choose any of the six designs to create a custom item live-on-the-spot.
The garments are ready-to-wear and each completed in under 1 minute. All of the printing equipment, screens, ink, supplies and working Crew are provided in each package, although blank T-shirt costs are not included (due to individual needs & quantities).
Periodically the client will supply the garments, but HIT+RUN can also purchase any style and quantity of blanks. HIT+RUN can acquire various brands of T-shirts, tote bags, posters and more. If needed, we can also recommend a garment sizing breakdown for your guests.
4. PROCESS
Our COMPACT set-up can screen print up to 75qty items per hour, while our STANDARD set-up can print up to 150qty items per hour. The COMPACT Crew is 2 people, while the STANDARD Crew is 3-4 people.
All of the equipment is hand-operated, safe, clean, compact and travels conveniently with no special load-in necessary. We require 2-hours before the screenprinting start time to arrive & set-up all of the gear.

5. ON-SITE REQUIREMENTS

A. 15-AMPS OF ELECTRICITY FOR EACH DRYER (see below)
B. TWO STANDARD TABLES (4ft x 6ft OR 4ft x 8ft, no larger)
*one table is for the screen press, second table is for the blank garments.
ADDITIONAL SPACE FOR T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION AREA
IF OUTSIDE: SHADED AREA (daytime AND/OR LIGHTING (night)
COMPACT electricity needs : ONE 15-AMP CIRCUIT (within 4 ft of printing area)
** An electrical CIRCUIT is the alotted power for the entire set of wall outlets, not just an available plug. Often most outlets hold a maximum of 15-20amps, so here we require one outlet on it’s own CIRCUIT, with nothing else plugged into that outlet or circuit.
FLASH DRYER: Unit pulls 14.4amps (1600watts) of standard 110v electricity
STANDARD electricity needs : TWO 15-AMP CIRCUITS (within 4 ft of printing area)
