UBER
In 2018, Uber planned to launch its new logo and branding with a synchronized global rollout. To ensure that the unveiling occurred simultaneously across all offices and to prevent any press leaks, Uber organized parties at each of their world wide offices, all scheduled to happen at the same time across different time zones.
To align with a company-wide broadcast featuring global speakers, Uber held simultaneous events across multiple locations, challenging HIT+RUN to effectively operate in eleven places across the world at once. Following the presentation, employees at three offices in San Francisco, along with regional headquarters in New York, Pittsburgh, as well as the regional headquarters in New York and Pittsburgh, joined their colleagues in international cities like Amsterdam, New Delhi, Sydney, São Paulo, Mexico City, and Singapore for a special event featuring live T-shirt screenprinting.. Despite facing various challenges related to time, space, and logistics, HIT+RUN successfully delivered over 3,000 custom t-shirts to delighted Uber employees.
