SAP is the world's largest vendor of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software with locations in 157 countries across the world.

Based in Germany, the client hosted a networking meeting at their stunning high-rise office in Hudson Yards, NYC, where guests received blank tote bags to personalize. Leading up to the event, HIT+RUN pre-printed a series of sponsor logos along the bottom of each premium 12oz black canvas tote. SAP's creative team designed six colorful 4" woven patches, which we manufactured in advance. Each patch featured a heat seal back, making it simple to permanently attach to the tote (or any other flat items) using our live heat pressing technology. Guests could select up to three patches to arrange in their own unique configurations, with phrases like "BOSS MODE," "PER MY LAST EMAIL," and "I ❤️AI," allowing them to tell a story through the patches.
