ACRISURE ARENA

Acrisure Arena partnered with HIT+RUN to create custom gifts for the touring road crews at each concert event.

Located in Palm Desert, CA, Acrisure Arena is a 11,000-seat venue for major concerts in the Greater Palm Springs area. The arena team wanted a meaningful gifting solution to thank the tour managers, production crews, and band members of acts like The Eagles, Tears for Fears, and ODESZA for their one-night concerts.

Acrisure Arena is also home to the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL). For their 2022-23 Opening Night, stakeholders, VIPs, and season ticket holders enjoyed a pre-game party at The Silvercrest Compound, where HIT+RUN offered a complimentary hat bar. Guests chose from over a dozen DTF transfers and trucker hat colors to create custom Firebirds swag.

Because hats (trucker, snapback, bucket, or dad) can’t be screenprinted due to their curved surfaces, HIT+RUN offers personalization services with woven or embroidered patches or direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfers. DTF produces vibrant, full-color, detailed designs by digitally printing on special film then applying heat and pressure, making it a durable, versatile option for custom headwear. Shown here are examples of custom trucker hats made using the DTF process.
